Microsoft and Six Apart detailed how corporations are using social media to improve customer relations. This wired.com article describes Microsoft's embrace of blogging ... and its success. Their Channel 9 reports more than 700,000 unique visitors per month.
That's about 1,000 people per hour, 24 hours a day. Blog On, indeed.
