Naomi, thanks! I had a great time yesterday, esp the CLO gig. I just love the issues we are all wrestling with! How cool that eveything is screwed up-in a state of flux! What an opportunity to play with truly new forms of organizing, learning, connecting, growing, creating new careers and new forms of value!

Thanks Tom - great to hear that you can draw energy from all the people you are interacting with, otherwise you might feel you're batting your head against a brick wall:) Being in a state of flux is the only way to be - absolutely cool as you say, embracing risk as a continual source of opportunity is the only way to grow, learn and adapt.
