I really don't know if this is correct spot to spit this or not.. but what the heck. let me do it.. The Florian's got $16B for Hurrican Ivan .. but the US pldeges $350M for a international disastor of over 100x the impact of Ivan..

The USA $Billions roll to SEAsia from all sources, public-private-military - international cooperation is brilliant - even Canadians' aided - a challenge with their unemployment rate / diminshed standard of living.

The USA must protect Florida as part of family 1st - Japan is spending $Billions on SEAsia, China - $60M - praise for them.
