Wednesday Edition
No, I've not deserted. I've been to Switzerland & Portugal & Thailand in the last 3 weeks ... and, truth be told (the whole point of Blogging, right?), I'm Bone Tired. But I'm back ... a little.
Have 1-day (I hope) stomach flu—no details forthcoming. That doesn't help.
(Also, I've been writing! 40,000 words in the last 2 weeks—now I have to Edit, Big Time!)

I wish you a speedy recovery, Tom. As much as you race around "changing the world," remember to get good rest, good food and good fun. (It's the Italian mama in me..) Your sense of urgency has inspired me but sometimes it is hard to take a breather!
By the way, I'm wondering what HP is up to now. It's sad to see a woman get knocked out although I can understand the reasons. If HP can get ahold of scrapbookers - watch out! It's a $3 billion industry. Who would have thought a few photos and constuction paper would evolve to this?
Women, that's who. ;-)

Gabriel, It's slow. I am exposed to Germs Galore on my flights, but think I've probably toughened my immunwe system as a result. But the Forces-of-Evil have scored this time. Real flu! Phooey! (The good news is it gives me an excuse for mostly steering clear of the Great CarlyF Debate.)

Tom,
We just pray it won't get bad enough to expose you to the healthcare system (yikes!). Hope you get well soon!

Get well soon, Tom! We need your provocative ideas (yes, and rants) to keep us thinking.

Tom Peters talks about experiences that take his breath away. Thinking about Tom's travel and all that he does en route and while there takes my breath away. I am back from a week in DC where technology was not my friend (and it wasn't HP). A Treo that allowed access to email but would not send messages out was a surefire recipe for rising bloodpressure, thumbs fatigued from typing on that little pad, and frustration--I was not "in the Zone"...
I now have undying respect for Tom's ability to blog while on travel anywhere and while under the influence of the flu.
