Here's my handy vocabulary assistance again, all.
Decile = one of the values of a variable that divides the distribution of the variable into ten groups of equal frequencies.
I hope you're saving these words from Tom. They're great.

Actually got the Tom ways to Succeed in PPT format. I nearly completed the first 50.. with the hyperlinks and all.. still need to find time to catchup with TP..yeah some of it is really great stuff !!

Is spending in R&D a good indicator of quality of R&D effort? Recently the pharmaceuticals industry gave examples to the contrary and several biotech firms with much lower budgets showed more interesting results.
