Have you considered medical care in Asia? Take a look at Bumrungrad Hospital in Thailand.

Go to a world-class hospital for colonoscopy, executive physical, bone scans, etc. The prices make it affordable to travel to them for non-urgent tests and exams. You take your x-rays home with you because they read from the original digital files for diagnosis. A friend just came back and raved about the quality of care. Wow! How does that impact hospitals counting on a geographic lock on patients?
