Mr. Peters, as a much lower echelon speaker to college stores and groups of stores I certain enjoyed your perspectives. I am always studying delivery styles in an attempt to improve my own. I was disappointed that a presenter of your caliber ended up having to gloss or rush over much content in the interest of time. It was very frustrating and made me (as consumer) feel you hadn't put enough effort in to the presentation to pull out slides so as to match the time constraints. I felt we paid for that much consideration in money and time. I was embarassed for your sake to have the presentation compromised in that way. Thanks for that lesson in addition to the many more positive notes. Much good content. Some unexpected benefit from observing the negative side. In the end, I was indeed glad I came.

Fair enough. In truth, I cannot remember the last time I got through all my material. There's always so much more I want to say. Sorry it was disappointing.
