Essential to have diversity along all possible criteria: ethnic group, culture, personality, men / women, rational / intuitive, compliant / revolutionaries, people with / without disabilities... The more a business is able to reflect the world the more likely it is to succeed in the world.
Value stems from diversity, not uniformity.

Except homogeneous China and Latin America and Japan and Korea and India - minimal diversity - world class citizens.
