Like the new slide additions - especially the new size - also the
Beauty Contest - Perfect! Simple!! I'm going to use this one with clients - any time, any where. McDonald's Business Consultants visit their stores and on the back of their business card is a mini report card on the service/food quality they received, which they leave behind.
I can see doing the same with the Beauty Contest criteria. Don't know how unsolicted input would be received if I handed a business owner a card like this but it sure would get their attention. Okay, maybe they'd get a little PO'd, but the intention is to move them forward.
To the Hotel slides (Mechanics Attitude Surprises Overall) I'd add one more to the bunch - BACKUP - For those times when things do go wrong (Backup Plan, Backup Process, Backup Person, ...) Even the best process or person misses a beat once in a while...
