Thanks for visiting Ukraine and sharing with us your revolutionary ideas.

I believe, they are vital for the young business that is only about 15 years old.

The company I work in is young and fast-growing. We are ahead of the market and we double our sales every year. We have saturated the market, beaten up competitors. However, becoming big we have become vulnerable to the small local firms that are new, aggressive and create their rules.

That is why it's been very important for us to get to the bone, we should sell emotions, create our own rules, destroy the system, acquire the most talented ones and learn from them!

Ukraine is learning management now. There are just no experts in the management in Ukraine. None. We are too young, to new to the business.

But, unfortunately, most of the companies as well as the new "Orange" government try to create a bicycle, instead of getting on the board of A380 :)!

Let's hope you have lit the fire of destruction in many hearts!

An event could be described by the words lively, bright, unforgettable, remarkable, interesting, even very interesting but sorry no words like instructive, edifying etc can be applicable. A lot of persons can reasonably argue to many of the points highlighted. And both viewpoints will definitely have the right to exist because besides the theoretical footer it's also important the way of uitlization.
It was a great possibility to here a viewpoint of a reputable and respective person.
