Can't get this out of my head....seems appropriate here. From Daniel Henninger's editiorial in the Wall Street Journal a couple weeks ago...
The man who on Sunday almost surely will be elected president of Poland, Donald Tusk, says, "Deregulation is our obsession." He says his country "is saturated with nit-picking" laws.
DECENTRALIZE, forget bureaucracy, IT'S EVERYWHERE!!!!!!!!!!!!
