Wednesday Edition
Buenos Aires. Another fantastic city! (Lucky me, even if the stays are short.) And more great walking—on the streets and in the parks. It's the way to survive the forthcoming hours in a plane.
BTW: Lucky me redux—the seminar organizers, peerless (a word not used lightly) HSM, have put me into the Alvear ... hotels don't get much/any better!
[Get the slides from the HSM event here.—CM]
Before blogging became all the rage, Tom was posting book reviews and Observations (essentially early blog posts) to this site. You can find the archives below.

I only know Buenos Aires from a brief visit of three days or so, but it is a terrific place - though the often quoted "Paris of South America" tag is perhaps pushing it a bit. Very friendly people, and the women!, the women are beautiful. And the resilience and courage of the people in the face of the still recent financial collapse has been remarkable.

I´m looking forward to visiting Argentina. It´s a very attractive country, with his beautiful women, their smooth talking and their tango.
Have a nice time.

Hi Tom,
What a presentation in Buenos Aires! Even that I was a litle bit jet lag because I've just arrived from Tokyo. I'm the innovation manager of a big international NGO and the only thing that I was thinking during your presentation was to drink a beer with you and talk infomally about Innovation. There are any chance ? I travel a lot too , just tell me the name of the Bar.
A hug. Marcelo
PS: If you want, as Michale said before, we can also talk about women in Buenos Aires!

Outstanding Trevor and Annie - Evian clean to prevent Avian pandemic! Am trying to buff the olde immune system with some cleansing diets - organic & food combining ... take care.

Sean, Evian spelled backward is naive. Organics are good, but do you really know what's in that bottled water?

I can´t agree most with you about "Never underestamate the power of a woman. But altough I work for the same editorial as my collague Alejandro Sangeniss, who got the privilege of interviewing you, I didnT. You now why? Because I work for a womens magazine !!!!! The one who just happens to be the leader in the market with the higher numbers in selling advertaisment. Just to tellyou, as you must know that you are right.
Also I tried to send you a question about these "invisble women" but it got lost into too much testosterone. Not much of the mainly macho audience notice it.
But plese Mr Peters, dont´get too much arround telling about our little secret. We don´t want men waking up one day up and discovering "that awful truth " That we were always behind the trown, whispering, unnoticed, letting them do the work and run arround those eclectic markets that we push up and down with our buying power.
