Y'know, I really love business week, but if its one thing that really pisses me off (an Experience!) its those stupid ads that fly accross the screen and land smack bang in the middle of a paragraph I had ALREADY started to read! so I just click the X

You and me both, Craig. Many online magazines are doing that now. It really irritates me.
Is that guy sure his boss is still alive? Ever see the movie 9 to 5? Could be...

What ads? :-) Try Firefox with the Adblock and Adblock FiltersetG.Updater extensions.

As for the content of the article, I haven't seen most of my clients over the last six years, and I don't expect I'll ever see them.

What is a boss nowadays anyway?
I worked in the national health service (before I worked for myself) and I thought it was fantastic if I never saw my boss. If I REALLY wanted help I asked front line staff or customers (patients) - they always had the answers. Now I am my own boss I believe that even more.
I hate the word 'boss' anyway - it is patronizing and status laden.
