I am reminded of the "Elevators' Pitch Principle (EPP)" and also of a quote by Seth Godin "If you can’t explain your position in eight words or less, you don’t have a position". If I may add to that list…
1. KISS (Keep it Simple Stupid!)
2. KAIZEN (Continuous Improvement)
3. EXCELLENCE in Execution
4. TQM (Doing thingz rite the first time)
5. DISRUPTIVE TECHNOLOGY
6. DIFFERENTIATE or Die!

Great summary. Read Re-Imagine! last winter in Thailand, I was reading it when the Tsunami hit the coast (yes, we were extremely lucky). You have space left for 20 words, so you could put in two things that I miss that really struck me while reading. One the importance of using all the talent, especially women. Second, the importance of design to create value.
