The irony of this item appearing straight after the item "Yahoo! He's In Jail" is rich - Microsft "sponsoring" both events. I wonder which hat Drucker would suggest Microsoft was wearing in the previous item.

Thanks for sharing this tip. I wonder if they're going to turn Tom's volume down so you can listen to it in a corporate setting? Go Tom Go!

Cathy,
Many thanx for the update. Looks like its gonna be one awesome seminar with so many thought leaders sharing their ideas & views and debating on issues that are of concern to today’s’ managers.
I just hope the following topics are touched upon (apart from the ones listed on LF website)…
1. Innovation & Change Management
2. Workforce empowerment / management (How to make your employees’ fall in love with your company!?) – People, People, People!
3. Use of disruptive technology in today’s’ world – Differentiate or Die!
4. Corporate Performance measurement & evaluation – Use of new / innovative techniques / ideas including emphasis on non-financial performance evaluation.
5. Strategy setting & implementation in today’s world.
6. Women on Top!
7. TQM / Kaizen / Six-Sigma– in letter & spirit
8. Ethics & Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in today’s world – Substance over form!
9. Emphasis on doing things differently (rather than doing different things).
10. Celebrate work (Love your work & you don’t have to work even a single day!)
Looking forward to viewing it live…

Comments should be relevant to the post. I am leaving the above comment as is, but I think others will agree that it was not put here because it had any connection to what I said on the front page.

The seminar's supposed to be for "Senior Leaders", but it let me register, so I guess I just got promoted. Thank you Bill Gates!
