Can we nominate people we'd like to go on the next hunting trip with the VP?

Actually, there was one other VP who was rumored to be involved in a shooting.
Richard Johnson, the 9th VP (under Van Buren?) was rumored to have shot and killed Tecumseh, the Shawnee chief, at the Battle of Thames in 1813.
Best,
Dave

Can't wait to hear Dave and Jay comments on this!

Dave Orsburn, bravo. What a factoid, or at least rumor-toid. Got me thinking, Richard Johnson, gunslinger or not, is a great trivia opp. (Probably true of 80% of VPs... at least.)

David Letterman did. His opening joke in his monolog Monday:
"We have finally found the Weapons of Mass Destruction -- Dick Cheney!"
Now, I'm a staunch supporter of our President and his Administration. I also feel bad that the accident happened. But, this was pretty funny as far as jokes go! :-)

Wow! We've never had our community lists framed before (at least I don't think so).
