Wonderful - prefer smart career though vs. hard work - smart seems more in tune with and graced by Mother Nature.

Yes: work smart vs. work hard (with TP on "work hard") is surprising. My "rat race" competitors are working as hard as they can with long hours of early to the office and late home. I telecommute and work smart at the pool side. My clients seem to think I'm doing the better job .... perhaps because I have time to day-dream about what would really help them.
