What I got from seeing Tom in Thailand
1. Forget about Build to Last
2. MBWA is the key
3. 2P 3E (People, Product, Execution, Enthusiasm, and Excellence)
4. Sale > Marketing (Business is what people selling something to people)
5. Forget motivation but start invite people to do something exciting (Quest)
6. Find more failure (Reward excellent failure Punish mediocre success)
7. I LOVE Politic : If you said we don't have POLITIC in our Org that mean you are the only one person in Org
8. Decentralization
Execution
Accountability
Getup early
9. Work hard > Work smart
10. No mature market but undistinguished market
11. Compete on value/ experience/ emotion/ intimacy not price
12. Customers success > Customers satisfaction
13. Talent Fan
Creator visionary
IPM
14. Forget > Learn
15. Don't forget BIG market (women and boomer)
But the important thing is I want to implement and Execution his ideas to my small business
