Tom, Thanks for the photos as always. Simple images are great counter balances to long text posts. As we give thanks for a beautiful batch of crisp November here in VT, I find myself curious again why you generally don't comment on the now arrived and very real issues of climate change and peak oil? These two more basic things alone will be right up there with eg. 'women and boomers' in the near term years to come. Eric

Eric, to make a long story far too short ... dilution. There are a sizeable number of things that get my goat ... Big Time. And the degradation of the environment is one of them. But the fact is that it takes enormous concentration to try to make a "global difference" on more than one or two. So I must be incredibly careful in picking my fights.

Mr. Peters, I feel so uncomfortable calling you by your first name. Ever since I read your book titled, "The Pursuit of WOW!" I have been a fan of yours. I want to thank you for your commitment to make the customer service industries better. I also want to let you know that you inspired me to start my own blog, I am working on it as I type this message.
Thank you so much for your inspiration and I'll do my best to build the best PSF and carry on the legacy you said we need to build. Happy Thanksgiving to you and your wife, please get well soon.

Hey - I thought Erik was supposed to call someone to cleanup the leaves this fall ... or maybe it is being left as organic "mulch" ...
