15/20 years ago you got it right with the word 'WOW.' What is your 2007 'buzz' word Tom?

I love "Wow"ing clients, and it is especially great when they actually say wow when seeing my work. I read The Pursuit of Wow! a few years ago and it inspired me to wow my clients.
Playing devil's advocate here... Although I would like to market wow with my work, do we run the risk of being like everyone else if we were to use it in marketing? Could you see it at one point becoming a cliche? Nonetheless I will still strive to achieve wow.
Thanks for all of your work Tom!

It's great to have you back. Tom. It was wonderful to have your voice to listen to. I think its a terrific format for someone like you who probably thinks much faster than he can type. I think for listeners it's more personal and we can feel the emotion in your voice. You do continue to amaze, provoke and "WOW" us. Thank you.

The banner in the picture said WOW!
So where is Tom Peters?
I know that WOW! = Tom Peters.
Microsoft heavies, yes! but Tom Peters, no!
What does this mean?
I well remember a time when Bill Gates, like Steve Jobs, would simply stand at a lecturn and deliver the WOW!
I caused a bit of upheaval in one of the training courses I was on (on setting SMART goals) by asking "the goal may be SMART but is it WOW!" - I am not sure everyone got it but I did see a few people in the room nod in agreement
So thank you Tom for making sure WOW is a part of what I do
Before blogging became all the rage, Tom was posting book reviews and Observations (essentially early blog posts) to this site. You can find the archives below.

Bill Gates was the WOW at Microsoft.
Now the WOW has to be printed on a banner?
