Tuesday Edition
The Quinnipiac University School of Business in Hamden, Connecticut, is presenting a Business Leadership Forum, and Tom will be appearing along with several other speakers. It is sponsored in part by a friend of Tom Peters Company, the Miller [Insurance] Agency. Space is limited, so act soon if you'd like to attend. To register, go to www.quinnipiac.edu or call 203-582-3766 by
March 9.
Before blogging became all the rage, Tom was posting book reviews and Observations (essentially early blog posts) to this site. You can find the archives below.

Juli Ann, I'm jealous. :-)
As I mentioned six weeks ago, since his next planned event in Minneapolis is private, I wonder if Tom Peters would want to swing by the University of Minnesota (Carlson School of Management)when he is here in October?
Sadly, I personally can't foot the bill. I just want to hear him in person and to share him with the community at large.

As a son of the great state of Connecticut, I must point out that it is misspelled. Only one "t" at the end.

The extra "t" must be to celebrate Tom's impending (imposing?) presence!

Tom; do this as a free lecture on the net? if they can let me view my nephew's doctorate ceremony on the net surely they can do your lecture!?? Go virtual at least once this year, please? Think of the advertising revenue?

I was just sent this wonderful piece by a good friend. No relevance whatsoever to this posting of course - but hey what the heck - Tom himself wrote something about thriving on chaos :-)
What if we treated our Bible like we treat our cell phones?
What if we carried it around in our purses or pockets?
What if we turned back to go get it if we forgot it?
What if we flipped through it several times a day?
What if we used it to receive messages?
What if we treated it like we couldn't live without it?
What if we gave it to kids as gifts?
What if we used it as we travelled?
What if we used it in case of an emergency?
What if we upgraded to include 24/7 tech service from the Holy Spirit?
This is something to make you go...hmmm...where is my Bible?
Oh, and one more thing. Unlike our cell phones, we don't ever have to worry about our bible being disconnected because Jesus already paid the bill!

I fixed the spelling of Connecticut. Thanks for pointing it out, John!
