Dear Mr. Peters,
First of all, I have to say that it was an interesting presentation. Real fuel for the mind. I really like to the idea of how emotion and passion are so important for innovation within an organization and I can imagine loosing this passion or the influence of it when the organization gets too big and you need to cross multiple layers to reach top management. Passion is difficult to pass on this way.
Regards,
Niels
