Hey Tom, that book you recommended: "A mind of its own - how your brain distorts and deceives" by Cordelia Fine is very good.

Reviewing the slides reminds me of the greatest innovation ever conceived. No, not the IPod, Microwave, or the Web. No, it has to the Crayola Crayon Sharpener built right into the box. For those of us, that couldn’t color within the lines, a sharp crayon meant nothing. But, talk about a WOW product! Not only did it create a market where none existed, if created a whole new consumption model. Who among us didn’t waste more crayons in the sharpener versus actually coloring? Having a box full of nubs within hours; it usually took months. So we used up the product that produced no real value-add (i.e. Pictures on the Fridge). Can you think of any other product like that? Just Brilliant….
