Here's what I like about this post. It makes sense of the long list of practical things to do while letting the individual pick what's most important or easiest to win quickly. My great frustration with Tom's work over the years has been "117 things you should do right away." In that form it's daunting for the average bear. But with the four steps referring to a long list it makes sense. Very Semco like, in fact.
