It's that time of the year when people are looking back at 2007 and compiling their "Best Of" lists. So far Tom has made two of these lists that we know of, and we'd like to give a nod to the websites that included him. First is EEP.com, where Tom's No.5 among leadership experts. Thanks, Ken. And the second is HRWorld.com, where Tom's No.4 among "HR influencers" of 2007. HRWorld is a brand new web presence, and we just want to say thanks and wish them good luck.

Congratulations, TP! But strange that "Cool Friend" Richard Florida ("Creative Class") isn't on either list. And there are not many females. Perhaps Lynda Gratton (book "Hot Spots", and also omitted from the lists) could become a "Cool Friend".

This may not be in the same league as putting Tom in some "Top N" list, but I just decided to post all of your "free stuff" on Insightory.com.
Insightory is our (recently launched) site for knowledge exchange among management professionals. I'm sure several of our readers are familiar with tompeters.com, but there may be some that are not. This is for them - from those of us that cut our teeth on Tom's works!
