There's a funny thing about tracking the changes to this Implementation: with each read in search of changes, I get something different from the slides that I've already read--now some three or four times or so. I think I'll make a habit of re-reading the Implementation even when the changes are done. Will they ever?

Your tinkering, changing, and updating your slides is really representative of what implementation is all about. It requires multiple iterations before you get it right. And even when you think it's working something happens that requires more tinkering and changing. As you have taught us implementation is messy work!
