Great point! Here's a quote. "The way to crack the code to success is to get out of your own shell". Especially in building your personal brand it is essential to move outside your comfort zone.

We started doing this about three year ago and dont miss the walls at all. And if you have big organization its amazing how many ideas you come across. Walls limit creativity! Walls are barriers to what is a basic human need! Communication!
