Great slides but - and I think I've mentioned this before but I do so again in a spirit of tucking the shower curtain - it hurts when there's a major language mistake on the first page. Please learn the difference between "insure" and "ensure!"

Hi
As someone who attended this event, I feel I ought to follow some advice given by Tom on the day.
Tom spoke a lot of his recent Croatian walking trip and of the value of a company going beyond his expected levels of service to really delight him. This he said warranted him telling the audience and spreading the word - unlike his poor experience with a substandard company last year who, he said, he'd named and shamed in his blog. Well... here goes...
The talk over coffee and lunch seemed almost unanimously to be all about the poor, rambling, unco-ordinated speech going on by Tom. We, it seemed were in the middle of some exceptionally poor service. Tom mentioned;
1. he was over tired.
2. he'd only just finished the presentation
3. he didn't know the order of his own slides (many of which included typos, illegible fonts and sizings)
4. a Ratner-esque comment - that he wouldn't have paid to see "this" (just think how 'delighted' that made us mugs in the audience?)
All in all, I feel moved to comment. This was a tired performance at great expense. A really unfortunate let down, that of course, I feel moved to tell everyone about. Please sort this out!
Thanks
James
