A "Back to the Future" thing...outstanding!

I have always believed that the road to organizational excellence begins with leadership. The leaders most critical role is to continuously improve the capacity of each person they lead to excel. The more the environment folks work in is conducive to building individual and team relationships that lead to trust, tamwork, and continuous improvement...the culture...the better the operational results.

I need a PPT upgrade on the home machine to view slides and think I know who the first two "H's" are. If the third is Herb Kelleher...the benchmark of doing the things listed above as proven by SWA'a domination of it's industry for the past three decades...you have won't be "in search of excellence". You will have found it!
