I like how you mention "partners" because the band certainly supports him, yet he still allows the band to shine. Teamwork is the key!

Bruce had a great line on sixty minutes that sum up his passion---I can live with out being a rock star, but I CAN'T live with out the music. I think there lies the reason for his longevity and his total passion.
