Now Tom....I know there's a simple joy parallelled with cynical thankfulness in this. Seems you've had a moment of irony here....where those that know you understand you're not predicting the future but you're still calling attention to good things on the most simplistic level. Taking a good moment of life or two on it's most cursory level is not all bad. Hope you have a great Spring in God's Country (I can still say that, can't I?). BTW....you and Chris Brogan are 2 of my 3 most influential people...thanks for the chat with him!

Dow above 8,000. The Queen gets an iPod. Michigan State in the championship game in Detroit. Spring in VT. North Korean missile does not reach orbit. Maybe the turnaround HAS begun.

GO STATE!!! Now, I'm a MICHIGAN alumni and HUGE fan! BUT we're all STATE now! Color me GREEN--for now! (If it were Ohio State that would be another story altogether.) State even got a shout out in church this morning to big applause. Coach Izzo is a great leader; he builds up his team in many ways and does the same for the community. He's the best! GO STATE!!!

When the stock market rally solicits cheers on a blog like this many traders take that as a sign to lighten up longs, sell everything or even go short.
