Reminds me of TP's advice to look at a Corporation's Annual Report. Who or what is featured in the pictures?

Yes indeed, Happy Anniversary. I put this book in my top five business books of all time. One that changed my fundamental thinking about organizations.

RTodd, I'd agree. The idea of "experiences" being different-in-kind from "services" was an enormous contribution!
