Saturday Edition

From the Shanghai Airport [above] to my Beloved Kubota in West Tinmouth, Vermont [below]. Susan decorated the Kubota with daffodils from her garden to commemorate my return; and I've already drawn blood from my bramble cutting!

Tom,
"The difference between men and boys..." is the amount of blood that pours from their battle wounds. ;-) Glad you made it home to the brambles safely. Cheers!

How simply lovely... Susan's the best! I ordered three books of hers over Christmas and have already begun to make the home that was once my beloved deceased brother's mine after a year or so. It began with a garden last summer. Renewal. There are some great decorating ideas in these books. Beautiful stuff. There will be color, lots of color.
Welcome back, TP. We're glad you have returned home safely.

I've always been more of a Dixie Chopper man myself but that K is mighty fine! I got stabbed by a very aggressive rose bush last night...do I get points for that? Welcome home Tom!

Greg - I checked out your clip. You make some great points. If you're ever riding down Haywood Boulevard, large section of Fall Creek re-named after my great-grandfather or see his likeness in steel downtown, think of me. I was born in Indianapolis and have many relatives remaining there. Nap Town is no longer sleeping. :-) Tried to leave a comment on your blog but it's disabled.
