Cathy, thanks for reminding us that Google Alerts is amazing for identifying "bouquets and brickbats" which would otherwise go unnoticed. Every caring executive should activate it immediately for every one of their products.

I run about 10-12 google alerts right now. Everything from my name to the niche industries I work in. It's a fantastic way to stay connected and see(hear) what's going on in your world.
And I'm not surprised that Tom and his team had a google alert running for the book.

Mr.Peters, just started your new book. Already fired up. I am a body shop manager at a local dealership in Peoria Az. I have adopted many of your WOW ideas into our daily lives at the shop. I cant thank-you enough.
