I cannot tell you how important it is to make that 3 minute call. A couple years ago, I had a client of mine write me a scathing email about the project we were working on. I was incredibly nervous, but made the call and, wouldn't you know it, all was well after a few minutes of clarification and communication. I'm so grateful I decided to do something I dreaded rather than let time pass and let the situation get worse. Great advice!
